CLOSED: GRASSY PLAINS PARK

The City of East Providence is soliciting proposals from companies with outdoor court coating expertise. The existing courts are located at the Grassy Plains Park complex across from 144 Estrell Drive. The court area consists of recently placed hot mix asphalt. It is our intention to color coat the courts with an acrylic sport sealcoating product. The courts consist of one (1) basketball court, two (2) tennis courts, and a circular court consisting of hockey and futsal. The required construction services shall include all labor, equipment and materials required to color coat recently paved basketball, tennis and deck hockey courts.

Four (4) copies of a proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Dawn Kenney, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2021 AT 11AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The envelope needs to be marked BID EP20/21-04.

The City of East Providence reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals and reserves the right to award the RFP to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
