RFP EP22/23-12
BID OPENING THURSDAY JUNE 1, 2023 AT 11:00AM
The City of East Providence requests bids for the repairs on the Weaver House porch located at 31 Grove Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914 replacing the first floor porch entry landing column bases, entry landing railings, deck trim, lattice, second floor porch railing, and EPDM roof. All worker’s onsite shall be paid prevailing wages in accordance with Davis-Bacon requirements. All work is to be performed in compliance with local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations.
Three (3) copies and One (1) thumb drive of a technical proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to the Controller’s Office, Attn: Ralph Mitchell Procurement Specialist, Room 103, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY JUNE 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The envelope needs to be marked BID EP22/23-12.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. The Contract shall be awarded to responsive and responsible bidder whose bid in either the lowest price, or lowest evaluated or responsive bid price.
