REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP EP22/23-09
BID OPENING WEDNESDAY MARCH 30, 2023 AT 11:00AM
The City of East Providence request for proposals from qualified contractors to remove approximately 7,800 Sq. Ft. of carpet and vinyl baseboard and install approximately 6,500 Sq. Ft. of Carpet Tiles, 1,200 Sq. Ft. of Vinyl Plank Flooring and 100 Sq. Ft. of Highly Absorbent Carpet Tile at the Riverside Branch Public Library located at 475 Bullocks Point Avenue, East Providence RI 02915.
Three (3) copies and 1 thumb drive of proposals shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY MARCH 30, 2023 AT 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFP EP22/23-09.
The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
