CLOSED: ERP/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The City of East Providence is issuing this Request for Proposals for the purchase or lease and implementation of an ERP/Financial Management System and related services to replace the current accounting program Sungard.

One (1) original, three (3) copies and one (1) USB file of SEALED BIDS shall be submitted to the Controller’s Office at City Hall, Room 103, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914 received by no later than September 9, 2020 at 11:00AM. The bids will then be publicly opened. Bids stamped with a time of 11:01AM or later will be rejected. The envelope should be marker BID EP19/20 – 29.

The City of East Providence reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids or parts thereof to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept the bid, or parts thereof deemed to be most favorable to the best interests of the City.
