The City of East Providence (City) requests proposals from professional lighting design firms and/or licensed electricians for the design and installation of lighting upgrades to the Pierce Field Entrance.
The Pierce Stadium Facility is located at 201 Mercer Street in East Providence. The City has recently made extensive improvements at the facility to improve handicap accessibility and has recently installed new sidewalks and fencing at the entrance to the stadium. The stadium entrance is in need of new lighting and the City is seeking professional assistance in the selection of pedestrian scale lighting as well as the installation of the selected fixtures.
Three (3) copies of the proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to the Controller’s Office, Attn: Procurement Specialist, Room 103, City Hall, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2020. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The envelope needs to be marked BID EP19/20-35
