The Robert Rock Senior Center is committed to helping you learn how to live a long, healthy life through Diabetes education and support.

- Risk factors of Diabetes
- Signs and Symptoms of Diabetes
- Foods to eat or avoid with a diabetes diagnosis
- Insulin and other diabetic medication
- Complications/Goals of Care
Our nurse, Shahnee, a certified Diabetes Outreach Educator, along with other health care professionals are hosting this 4 week program Diabetes Management.
Registration Required
Classes begin on Thursday, October 9 and the last class will be Thursday, October 30.
