As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue and also conducted virtually through an application called “Zoom”.

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, USE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

1.A. Public hearing. Major Subdivision, Application # 2021-11-Major, Master and Preliminary Submission, Applicant/Owner: City of East Providence. Location: map 411, block 17, parcels 1 and 5. Street Address: 0 Hoppin Avenue and 0 Burnside  Avenue. (Enclosure)

1.B. Advisory recommendation to the City Council to rezone proposed parcels 1, 2 and 11 from an R-3 to an R-4. Applicant/Owner: City of East Providence. Location: map 411, block 17, parcels 1 and 5. Street Address: 0 Hoppin Avenue and 0  Burnside Avenue. (Enclosure)

2. Mixed Use Hub Overlay Districts. Vote to recommend to the City Council to amend the proposed mixed use hub overlay district to allow inclusion of Riverside Square overlay district. (Enclosure)

3. Discussion of proposed amendments to the Chapter 19, section 19-453 of the "Development Plan Review". (Enclosure)
