The City of East Providence (“City”) is seeking responses to questions regarding the potential usage of the Metacomet property, located at 500 Veterans Memorial Parkway, East Providence RI 02914 should the City elect to procure the property by way of eminent domain or purchase. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and no contract, agreement or offer will result directly from responses to this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide the City with information regarding the potential for partnership with external entities (e.g. private; corporate; non-profit, etc.) to operate and maintain the Metacomet property should the City elect to procure it.
