RECREATION SUMMER CAMP SUPERVISORS
$14.00 per hour / NO BENEFITS
PART-TIME/SEASONAL

Responsible for the overall operation of his/her respective camp group. Oversees scheduling and implementation of activities including arts and crafts, sports and special events. Supervises and directs subordinate staff and charged with maintaining a safe and enriching environment for the participating youth. May be called upon to develop new and innovative programming. Experience with youth preferred.

Maintains records and assists with staff payroll and work schedules. Must be prompt, reliable and process strong organizational and communication skills. Provides weekly status reports. Reports directly to Camp’s Head Supervisor. Work hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm beginning June 23 – August 5, 2022.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. As a condition of employment upon hire, applicants will be required to obtain a criminal background check inquiry (BCI) with the RI Attorney General’s office.
