Join East Providence Prevention Coalition (EPPC) to heal through remembering and honoring those we've lost. EPPC will be creating a Butterfly Memorial on the lawn at Weaver Library. There will be 404 butterflies to represent the 404 Rhode Islanders who lost their lives in 2023. Of the 404, 15 were from East Providence, and will be remembered with special butterflies. Addiction services and resources will be available all week at Weaver Library.
