The City of East Providence will be joined by state and local leaders to raise the Portuguese and Azorean flags at City Hall to celebrate the rich heritage and traditions of the Portuguese community in East Providence.
The Portuguese and Azorean flags will be raised outside of East Providence City Hall.
Guests will be invited inside for light food and refreshments
