IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS AT HULL STREET FIELD
BID OPENING THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2024 AT 11:00AM
ADVERTISEMENT
The City of East Providence is seeking sealed bids for the design and installation of a new irrigation systems at Hull Street Playground. This system is to be compatible with the existing controller. This project is being funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds that require that all federal and state regulations be strictly adhered to, such as prevailing wage rates for all construction activities. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage “General Decision Number: RI20240001 03/22/2024” will apply to this work

One (1) original, two (2) copies and 1 Thumb Drive of the proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Jessica Lamprey, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2024 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00am in Room 306 at East Providence City Hall. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked BID EP23/24-25 IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS AT HULL STREET FIELD.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
