REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION

BID OPENING TUESDAY APRIL 4, 2023 AT 11:00AM
The City of East Providence is seeking services of highly qualified firms with expertise in conducting Police Department Renovation Analysis for the Police Department currently located at 750 Waterman Ave, East Providence RI 02914. The purpose and intent of the project is to produce a study of the current layout and determine how to maximize the existing space of the building as well as the space created by moving the communication center offsite. Specifications may be downloaded from the City’s website https://eastprovidenceri.gov/rfp
Three (3) copies and 1 Thumb Drive of proposals shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than TUESDAY APRIL 4, 2023 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFP EP22/23-17.
The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
