REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

BID OPENING THURSDAY MARCH 9, 2023 AT 11:00AM
The City of East Providence requests proposals from qualified companies to mow the Landfill Side Slopes at the Forbes Street Landfill located at 241 Forbes Street, Riverside, RI 02915 which consist of approximately 12 acres. Slopes range from 1V:2.5H to 1V:5H. Other areas include mowing in and around a drainage swale and around evergreen trees.
Three (3) copies of a proposal and 1 Thumb Drive shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY MARCH 9, 2023 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked BID RFP EP22/23-08.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
