REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR OWNERS PROJECT MANAGER
RFQ EP22/23-14
BID OPENING THURSDAY MAY 4, 2023 AT 11:00AM
The City of East Providence is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide Owner’s Project Manager Services for the development of a new Community Center Facility. The Community Center Facility will include the construction of a steel and masonry building consisting of an open lobby area, gymnasium, pool, theater and police offices on two floors. The total square footage of the building is approximately 62,000 SF.
(1) One Original, Two (2) copies and 1 Thumb Drive of proposals shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY MAY 4, 2023 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFQ EP22/23-14.
Only firms deemed qualified by the City after review of the qualification statements submitted in accordance with this RFQ will be requested to submit bid proposals.
The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
