REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

BID OPENING MONDAY MAY 15, 2023 AT 11:00AM

The City of East Providence request proposals from qualified contractors to replace existing spline ceiling and supply and install 2 x 2 tiles and grids. All Acoustical Ceiling Work as shown on Drawings and as specified herein. All the requirements of the Contract Documents apply to this Section.

(1) original, Two (2) copies of proposals and (1) one thumb drive shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than MONDAY MAY 15, 2023 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFP EP22/23-19.

The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
