REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP EP21/22-16

BID OPENING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 AT 11:00AM

The City of East Providence (City) requests proposals from qualified vendors (Contractors) to install a Ducted Interior Heating & Cooling System.

Three (3) copies of the proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked BID EP21/22-16.

A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on MONDAY, AUGUST 29, 2022 at 60 Commercial Way, East Providence, RI 02914 at 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
