BID OPENING TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2022 AT 10:00AM

The City of East Providence requests proposals from qualified distributors and/or manufacturers (hereon called Vendors) for furnishing and delivering waterworks equipment/material as detailed in this Request for Proposals.

Four (4) copies of proposals shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ryan McCauley, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than BID OPENING TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2022 AT 10:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 10:01AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFB EP21/22-06.
The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
