CITYWIDE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

ADVERTISEMENT

RFQ OPENING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2021 AT 11AM

Qualification statements are hereby solicited by the City of East Providence from companies with installation/construction expertise in the removal and installation of hot mix asphalt and cement concrete sidewalks and installing, resetting and removing granite curbing within existing roadways including ADA compliant ramps.

Three (3) copies of statements should be sent in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Dawn Kenney, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2021 AT 11AM. The RFQ will be publicly recorded. Any RFQ received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFQ EP20/21-14.

Only firms deemed qualified by the City after review of the qualification statements submitted in accordance with this RFQ will be requested to submit bid proposals.

The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the qualification statement, and to pre-qualify any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
