The City of East Providence is requesting proposals for Police Body Worn Cameras and In-Car Video. The City will purchase a minimum order of 50 Police Worn Body Cameras, 17 In-Car Video Systems and enterprise-wide Digital Video Management System.
The original proposal and six (6) copies of the proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controller’s Office, Room 103, Attn: Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914 no later than FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2020 AT 11AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The envelope needs to be marked BID EP20/21-01.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. The Contract shall be awarded to responsive and responsible bidder whose bid in either the lowest price, or lowest evaluated or responsive bid price.
