Zoning district: Industrial 1 (I-1)
Description: Public Hearing and vote on Minor Land Development Plan / Unified Development Review application to construct a 10,800 square foot building containing nine 1,200 square foot contractor storage spaces with 240 square feet of interior office space in each unit.
Application necessitates dimensional relief from the requirement that 50% of the business or industrial service with storage and repair space is limited to 50% or less of the gross floor area and relief from the requirement to have an off-street loading area.
