Notice of Public Hearing, Modification of a Previously Approved Land Development Project (Master and preliminary stages combined)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the East Providence Planning Board on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the public hearing is to request a modification of a previously approved Land Development Project that is proposing four condo buildings for a total of 16 residential units at the southeast portion of the parcel with access provided by an entrance on Hospital Road. The subject property is a 53.20 acre parcel with frontage on Wampanoag Trail and Hospital Road.
The request to modify the previously approved development plan review (master and preliminary stages combined) may be revised by the Planning Board based upon further study or views expressed by the public.
The site plan and other materials may be examined in the Office of the Department of Planning & Urban Development, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday (excluding holidays).
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired or needing other special services must call (401) 435-7500 forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting date.
