The City is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all. To help achieve this goal, the Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks your permission to remove graffiti from your property. I give permission to the City of East Providence and its agents to enter my property to remove or cover the graffiti using methods upon which the City of East Providence and its agents decide.
