BID OPENING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2021 AT 11AM
The City of East Providence, RI seeking licensed and insured professional pyrotechnics company to produce an outdoor fireworks display as part of the City’s Independence Day celebration.
• DATE: Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 / rain date Tuesday July 5th, 2022
• LOCATION: Pierce Memorial Stadium – 201 Mercer Street, East Providence, RI 02914
Four (4) copies of a proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Dawn Kenney, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2021 AT 11AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked BID EP20/21-23R.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
