I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. All members were present for the exception of David Aucoin and Brenner Lister.
II. INTRODUCTION OF MEMBERS
Members provided a brief introduction of themselves.
III. MISSION AND TASK OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ADVISORY PLAN COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD:
Discussion Only - Councilman Ricardo Mourato, Ward 4
Councilman Mourato was available to welcome members and thanked the Board for their service. He also provided background on the purpose and task of this advisory board.
IV. INFORMATION AND BRIEF HISTORY REGARDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE: Discussion Only - Planning Director, William Fazioli and Krista Moravec of Horsley Witten Group
Krista was present and provided a presentation regarding developing a Comprehensive Plan, steps, communication and planning events to get the community’s ideas. Planning Director, William Fazioli
contributed to the conversation regarding the planning and current items associated with developing the new Comprehensive Plan.
V. OPEN MEETINGS ACT – DO’S AND DON’TS: City Clerk, Samantha Burnett
City Clerk, Samantha Burnett, reviewed Open Meetings laws briefly outline scenarios to avoid regarding quorums outside of meetings, rolling quorums, filing guidelines, and other items pertaining to this advisory board.
VI. DETERMINE MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2021
The next meeting will be on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting was unanimously considered and decided to adjourn.
