INFORMATION on APPLYING FOR ADDITIONAL OPERATING HOURS
Please note:
1. This is only for holders of a victualing license;
2. State Law is 2 a.m. until 6 a.m.
3. City Ordinance is 1 a.m. until 6 a.m.
4. A public hearing notice will need advertised for three consecutive weeks, (to be placed by the Office of the City Clerk);
5. Approvals are needed by the Chief of Police, Building Inspector and Fire Marshal;
6. A public hearing will be held and the application will be presented to the Board of Licensing Commissioners of East Providence;
7. No alcoholic beverages can be served during time;
Advertising Fee: $300 and must be paid upon filing of application.
Fee for Additional Operating Hours: $125
