INFORMATION ON APPLICATION FOR TRADE NAME

Please note:
The trade name certificate is used to protect the name of our business;
It is also needed to open any bank account with your business’ name;
The trade name application is in alignment with the R.I.G.L. (Section 6-1-1)
This form will need to be signed before a Notary Public and turned into the Office of the City Clerk for processing in order for trade name to be valid.
Fee: $10.00 annually
