Public Works Department releases holiday rubbish schedule
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — The City of East Providence Dept. of Public Works has announced that due to the Memorial Day holiday there will be no rubbish or recycling collection on Monday, May 31, 2021. Monday’s rubbish and yard waste will be collected on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and rubbish and yard waste collections for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day. Residents are asked to have rubbish containers at the curb by 6 a.m. for collection.
Bulky item collection remains the same, collection Friday, June 4, 2021.
