EAST PROVIDENCE, RI- Mattress and/or box spring, two pieces or one set, per household, are collected on scheduled Saturdays by appointment only. Fee for curbside collection is $25 each piece.
Residents can schedule a pick-up by submitting a service request or calling the Recycling Office at 401-435-7701.
Mattress collections can be scheduled during March through December. No collections in January and February.
Free mattress and box spring drop-offs at the Public Works Complex at 60 Commercial Way, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only on scheduled dates, will be available for March through December.
