EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — The City of East Providence Dept. of Public Works has announced that due to the Juneteenth holiday there will be no rubbish, recycling and yard waste collection on Friday, June 19, 2026. Friday’s rubbish, recycling and yard waste will be collected on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Residents are asked to have rubbish, recycling and yard waste containers at the curb by 6 a.m. for collection.
There will be no Bulky item collection on Friday, June 19, 2026. The Bulky Item collection will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
