A public hearing will be held by the East Providence Planning Board on November 9, 2026 at6:00 P.M. in the East Providence City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue in room 306 for a Major Land Development master plan submission that is proposing 8 storage buildings and one office building to be constructed on an 18 acre parcel with frontage on Pawtucket Avenue referenced as map 310, block 5, parcel 10.1. Access to the parcel is proposed by a driveway entrance on Wetmore Avenue. The applicant is Rick Nardella and the owner is 2/3 Realty LLC. A masterplan is a conceptual design with detailed engineering provided at the second phase of review referred to as the preliminary stage.
The propose master plan may be revised with the permission of the Planning Board, and as aresult of further study or because of the views expressed during the public hearing. Plans and
other materials may be examined at the Department of Planning and Economic Development, City Hall, Room 309, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Written comments may be forwarded to the East Providence Planning and Economic Development Department at Planning@eastprovidenceri.gov, or East Providence City Hall, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914.
