EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – The East Providence Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for its Youth Basketball program for youth ages 6-12. Families may choose between Monday or Wednesday sessions.
Youth Basketball highlights the basic skill development and teamwork of basketball. Through fun drills, our coaches will teach the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, defense, and shooting. This class is open to all levels.
All sessions will be held at Waddington Elementary School, 101 Legion Way, Riverside, RI 02915. If school is canceled or closed, Youth Basketball will also be canceled for that evening.
Monday Sessions
November 2 – 30, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 PM.
Wednesday Sessions
November 4 – December 16, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 PM
Registration fee is $40 per child. Registration is available online at eastprovidence.recdesk.com.
