2025 Juneteenth Holiday Rubbish collection delay
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — The City of East Providence Dept. of Public Works has announced that due to the Juneteenth holiday there will be no rubbish, recycling and yard waste collection on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Wednesday’s rubbish, recycling and yard waste will be collected on Friday, June 20, 2025 and rubbish, recycling and yard waste collections for Friday, June 20th will be collected on Saturday, June 21st. Residents are asked to have rubbish, recycling and yard waste containers at the curb by 6 a.m. for collection.
Bulky item collection remains the same, collection Friday, June 20, 2025.
