Rubbish collection change for Memorial Day
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — The City of East Providence Dept. of Public Works has announced that due to the Memorial Day holiday there will be no rubbish or yard waste collection on Monday, May 27, 2024. Monday’s rubbish and yard waste will be collected on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and rubbish and yard waste collections for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day. Residents are asked to have rubbish and yard waste containers at the curb by 6 a.m. for collection.
Bulky item collection remains the same, collection Friday, May 31, 2024.
