East Point Subdivision

Location: Map 203, Block 1, Parcel 4 and Map 303, Block 13, Parcels 4 and 5

A Public Hearing will be held by the East Providence Planning Board on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room 306, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, regarding the East Point Major Subdivision, Master/Preliminary Plan Submission.

The developer proposes to subdivide three parcels at 300 Bourne Avenue and Roger Williams Avenue, Map 203, Block 1, Parcel 4 and Map 303 Block 13, Parcels 4 and 5, into 10 parcels with public street creation to accommodate the full development of the East Point multi-family development project which has been approved for the development of 392 residential units by the East Providence Waterfront District Commission. This application review is limited only to the subdivision of the property. No decisions or review on the approved Waterfront District development project approval will be included under this subdivision review by the Planning Board.

Full plans and other materials may be examined in the Office of the Department of Planning and Economic Development, Room 309 City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursdays and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays. The proposed development plan may be revised with the permission of the Planning Board as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing.

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired or needing other special services must call City Hall at 435-7500 no less than forty eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting date.
