City of East Providence Ordinance - Sect. 8-66 RIGL 11-19-32 Operation of bingo games
Fees:
- License Fee A: $15 each game from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
- License Fee B: $35 each game after 5 p.m.
Please note:
- Bingo games, for which license is requested will be conducted by members only, serving without compensation. Names and addresses of principal officers and other members conducting such games must be on the Application for Bingo License.
- Financial records of the conduct of Bingo Games shall be maintained
- Gross receipts, expenditures and net proceeds must be reported within five days after Bingo Game is held
- Forms for reporting are available in the Office of the City Clerk
- Applications must be filed on the Wednesday prior to a Council Meeting for action by the East Providence City Council
