The City of East Providence, together with Global Partners LP, is pleased to make available 5,000 gallons of home heating oil to be used by East Providence residents in need for the 2025 winter season. This oil will be made available until November 2025 through a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested residents must fill out an APPLICATION. Again, please note this is a first come, first serve basis after proof of eligibility.
To be eligible, your household must currently be receiving social service aid of some kind. Additionally, your household monthly gross income may not exceed the following:
