2. Vote on meeting minutes from DRC meeting on December 9, 2022 which was a site visit of the property
located at 500 Veterans Memorial Parkway, formerly known as Metacomet Country Club.
3. Review and Vote on recommendation to the Waterfront District Commission on design guidelines for
Metacomet sub-district.
4. Vote: Adjournment
