National Prescription Opiate Litigation, C.A. No. 1:17-MD-2804 Update and possible vote to approve proposed settlement with Teva and Allergan Pharmaceutical Companies
IV. CONTINUED BUSINESS A. CITY WARD REDISTRICTING 1. Introduction of ordinances – For discussion and possible vote – First Passage a. An ordinance in amendment of Chapter 2 of the revised ordinances of the City of East Providence, Rhode Island, 1998, as amended, entitled “Administration” Summary: The purpose of this Ordinance is to redraw the ward boundaries to comply with the results of the 2020 census.
